Oleosep Clarifier®
A fully automatic Oil-Grit-Separator-Clarifier and water recycling
system.
A compact in-line gravity oil-water-grit separator augmented with elevated Oleosorb-Flotator and Floccu-Lamella Clarification System component in a single structure. The entire system runs in fully automatic mode mainly through the liquid level control and Solenoid valves. Meaning--if the transfer pump is in the "rest mode"--air and chemical lines are automatically "cut off". filter cloth is made of polyethylene or nylon material with opening as low as 10 microns.
The system has three (3) components, namely:

The sub-grade Bar Screen/Main Collection/Lift Station - responsible in the initial separation-removal of oil and grease, soil and grit, and the transfer of these materials to the vertical clarification system

The elevated built-in Oleosorb-flotator aided with diffused aeration system - responsible in the rapid floatation-oxidation-reduction of organics and separation of settleable inorganic materials at the hopper bottom

The Diffused Air and Chemically Aided Lamella Clarifier and Filtration System - responsible in the treatment and removal of turbidity, color, MBAS, pH and BOD-COD. Oleosep Clarifier®
Other features are the following:
- Equipped with liquid level control and inter-locking Solenoid valves
- Detectable oil-sludge storage tank, chemical solution - preparation/dosing tanks
